Frequently Asked Questions

Your total payment consists of the item price, domestic shipping in Japan, our service fee, and international shipping. Our service fee is 10% of the combined item price and domestic shipping cost (minimum 500 JPY, maximum 3,000 JPY). Additionally, a 2.8% payment processing fee is applied to the final total. Please note this does not include any customs duties that may be charged by your country upon delivery.

Your total delivery time consists of two stages. First is domestic handling, where the shop ships your item to our warehouse in Japan (this takes approx. 3-14 days). Once we receive it, we process and ship it internationally within 1-3 days. The final international transit time then depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped to you.

We ship to a wide range of countries across Asia, North America, Europe, Oceania, and more. The easiest way to confirm if we can ship to your location is to add an item to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. If your country is available in the shipping address dropdown menu, we can deliver to you. For a complete list of all supported countries, please see our detailed Shipping Policy.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a refund in accordance with our policy. Please contact our customer support immediately via our contact form with your order number. For damaged items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. For lost items, you must contact us within 60 days of the shipping notification. Please provide photos of the damage and all packaging, as this will be required to process your claim.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the prices displayed on our site do not include any of your country's customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. As the importer, you are solely responsible for paying any and all of these fees that may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. These charges are separate from your payment to Cross Cart. Please check your country's local regulations for more information.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Japan, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the respective carrier's website to follow your package's journey. Please note that tracking becomes active only after the international shipment from our warehouse begins, not when the original shop ships the item domestically within Japan.
